With hearts full of love and cherished memories, we mourn the loss and celebrate the life of Chad Lewis Yantone, who was born on November 20, 1989, and left us much too soon on July 24, 2026. In his 36 years among us, Chad brought warmth, laughter, and a special light to everyone fortunate enough to be a part of his journey.

Chad was the beloved son of Helen Santho and Michael Yantone, and the dear stepson of Teresa Yantone. Their love and guidance shaped him into the remarkable individual he became. As a brother to Marcey (Chris) Helton and Smitty Heath Gayheart (Shannon) and Kyle Huskey, Chad shared lifelong bonds, filled with treasured moments only siblings can know.

Chad was very proud of his twins Sophie Rose and Jackson Lewis who happened to be born on his birthday. It was a special bond between father and children that he shared.

He embraced the joys of family, celebrating countless memories when he was younger with an extended circle that included Kirsten, Devin, Dallas, Ally, Austin, Missy, Sabrina, Smitty Lee, and Xaiver— his nieces and nephews who will carry his lessons of laughter remembering Chad for his excellent music ability.

Although we grieve his absence, comfort comes from remembering that Chad has been reunited with his late grandmother, Juanita Yantone and grandfather, George Santho. Their memory, like his, remains a cherished legacy woven into the fabric of their family.

Chad’s life was marked by his steadfast commitment to helping others, including animals. Chad always put others first and will be remembered for helping people and animals throughout his life. Chad has been known to rescue a very special cat in need that his family fondly refers as KiKi He also enjoyed hiking and being outdoors, but his passion was music. Chad could play any song just from hearing it. He especially enjoyed his electric guitar. Chad found peace and joy in playing all music instruments. His kindness and compassion was shared so freely with those around him. Whether offering a listening ear, an infectious smile, Chad was ready to help.

Shawntay and his many friends online and in person played an important role in his happiness and are truly treasured as we remember Chad and hold his memories dear.

As we say farewell, we hold Chad’s memory close, recalling the ordinary days and extraordinary moments that, together, paint a portrait of a man deeply loved and never to be forgotten. His legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew him; through every story retold and every loving memory kept alive.
