Harold V. Wright

Harold V. Wright, born June 22, 1943, in Reading, Pennsylvania, passed away on August 1, 2026, while residing in South Bloomfield, Ohio. He lived a life marked by devotion, family, and service, and his memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved him.

At the age of 18, Harold joined the military, beginning a chapter of his life that reflected his willingness to serve. Throughout the years that followed, he remained grounded in the simple pleasures that brought him joy, especially watching horse racing and spending time with his family. These interests, along with the steady presence he brought to those around him, became part of the lasting impression he left behind.

Harold was preceded in death by his loving wife, Linda Wright, with whom he shared 59 years of marriage and daughter, Donna MeLemore age 62. Their long life together stood as a testament to enduring commitment and shared devotion. His passing leaves a deep void, yet his legacy continues through the family he loved so deeply.

He is survived by his children, Tamatha (Brian) Carlyle, Michael (Sherry) Wright, Jeff Wright, and Tonya (Steve) Henderson, as well as 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Their lives carry forward his memory and the bonds of family that were so important to him. A Celebration of life will be planned in the coming weeks.
