Richard "Rick" Fuhrman was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. His family moved to Circleville, Ohio when he was three years old where he lived until 1980 when he became a resident of Reynoldsburg, Ohio. Rick was an avid golfer and spent nearly every day, as a young boy and teenager, at Pickaway Country Club. He was a member of the Circleville High School Golf Team. His love of golf continued into adulthood where he was part of leagues and golf outings in central Ohio. Some of his most cherished memories are from time spent time at a family cabin on Lake Owen in northern Wisconsin.

Richard served in the U.S. Air Force from 1967-1971. He was stationed at Wright Patterson Air Force Base and later in Iceland. Rick was employed with Franklin County and retired from the federal government’s Department of Defense Finance and Accounting Systems. He is survived by his loving wife, Georgia; devoted children, Rachel and Matthew; devoted brother, Robert; mother-in-law, Virginia; an aunt and cousins in Indiana; and family in Missouri, California, and Virginia.

Rick was a member of Church of the Redeemer United Methodist. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to honor and respect the fond memories of Rick.
