Heather is a licensed funeral director, registered nurse, holds a certificate of Ministry and degree in Public Health Education from Kent State University. She is the owner/manager of Memory Lane Sunbury and enjoys working with families, assisting with pre or immediate funeral needs and designing granite monuments. She is often seen with one of the office foster pups from Delaware County Humane Society or one of her own furry friends, JoJo, Milo or Pebbles. Heather is married to Richard Day, and they reside in Sunbury Ohio.
Richard is owner/manager of the R-A-R Monument setting services and a crematory manager/operator of Memory Lane Cremation Services. Richard grew up in Sunbury, graduated Big Walnut High School and enjoys living on the family farm. He is often seen with his buddy Stan, a young Doberman that is friendly and full of energy. Richard specializes in the large granite sales and settings including mausoleums, columbaria and other special projects.
Greg is the friendly face you will see when you visit the Sunbury office. Greg assists with monument sales & settings as well as one of our main attendents at funeral services. Greg enjoys the company of his therapy dog, Stella Rosa. Stella is dedicated to helping Greg and most visitors don’t even know she is in the office. Gregory keeps the office clean and running efficiently. Greg is also the son of Heather & Richard. Greg enjoys meeting new people and enjoys helping others when he can.
Madeline aka Maddy is the funeral coordinator and primary pre-need planning specialist. Maddy is studying at THE Ohio State University and hopes to continue helping Ohio families during their time of need once she graduates. Maddy excels in customer service and offering assistance in planning funerals of all design including natural green burial and cremation. Jerald goes above and beyond to help you design the perfect monument. His creativity combined with family ideas will create one of a kind inspriring memorials.
